Our 2023 Chardonnay is elegant and subtle.
Fermented and matured in aged oak barrels the typical melon, stone fruit and citrus flavours of this classic fruit are immediately apparent.
During its life in the barrel the wine has extended lees contact which adds complexity and texture to the character of this wine. Undergoing partial malolactic fermentation has resulted in a light, zesty style with nutty flavours on the finish and a delightful creamy mouthfeel.
