For the first vintage since 2008 we have been able to select a small parcel of our fruit to create this lovely Reserve wine. Hand picked from selected vines in our ‘old block’ this wine was handled separately through out the maturation process. This wine began its ferment in a small open fermenter before being free run into French oak barrels to complete its fermentation. It was bottled after 15 months in its barrels. While it is a delicious wine at this point it will certainly reward patient cellaring  for the wine collector.
