The aim of our boutique family vineyard is to produce premium fruit from our vines and a wine which reflects both our unique terroir and the attention we give to our vines. The vines are cane pruned manually to a single wire and hand picked at the point of ultimate flavour ripeness. The wine is made in our neighbouring winery, Sanguine Estate by wine maker Mark Hunter. The yield of the vines is maintained at a level which ensures vine health and supports the fruit through to maturity. Consequently from our five hectare vineyard we produce approximately 500 cases of Shiraz and 120 cases of Chardonnay.
